Welcome to the first interactive part of the Newgrounds Guide!
So you go to the flash portal and watch some movies/play some games. You found the submission to be superb and leave a review with a score of 10. Then you decide to go read what other people have said in their reviews. Some of them give low scores like 2, 3, 1 or 0 and you're pissed at those reviews. To show that you're pissed, you mark that review as useless by clicking the "-" under the review. Then you come across a review from a douchebag that says "FUCK YOU FAGGOT I HOPE YOU DIE IN A FIRE ASSHOLE" and you say "This review needs to be deleted for violating the review guidelines" to yourself. You look around the review, and found a yellow X next to the "-" sign. When hovering your mouse over the X, it says "Flag this review as abusive". Seeing that review was an abuse to the system and the guidelines, you click that button to flag it.
Now you come back the next day, and see that offensive review is still there. You say to yourself "ARGH I WANT THAT PIECE OF SHIT TO BE DELETED!" and stand there hopeless. This interactive post is your answer.

This post is a post where you can bring in links to abusive reviews so that people can flag them and flag reviews in links others have left. It's a give-and-take situation here. You can also think of it as a training session for flagging reviews. You can bring in reviews, and I'll tell you which ones to flag and which ones not to flag. With enough training

You may also bring in links to Under Judgment submissions that needs to be flagged. A lot of abusive flashes have been caught and flagged during judgment due to the activeness of this post and the whistle strength of all the flaggers. Thank TheSilverGuitar for convincing me to implement this rule in this post (she brought in the first abusive flash and we got it sent to administrative review). Do NOT bring in links for flashes that passed judgment and needs to be deleted; we cannot do anything about that. Instead, if abusive shit passes through judgment, PM Wade with the link and information or report it to Part 8.

- Follow the rules outlined in Guide Posting Rules
- Read Part 3 FULLY before bringing in reviews.
- Do NOT bring in non-abusive reviews or flashes.
* If you bring in multiple non-abusive reviews, you will get banned
* If you bring in ONE non-abusive flash, you get banned more heavily
- Try to limit bringing in borderline material. You will not be banned, but you'll have wasted your time.
- Try to flag after I respond to the comment, to reduce the risk of flagging legitimate crap
- READ each review before you flag! Don't just look for the user name and flag it.
- Feel free to ask questions or point out a mistake or answer a question. It is not mandatory to leave a link in every comment

For reviews:
1. Link to the review page
2. The user's name, description of review, etc (ONE of them is required)
3. Score of Review (this can appear in parenthesis at the end of Criteria #2)
Here is an example:

The URL is listed, a description of the review is listed AND the score of the review is listed in parenthesis.
For Flashes:
- URL to submission
- Reason for blowing the whistle
If your comment does not follow the guidelines, it will be deleted. Okay, if you forget to put the score of the review, you may get away with it, but don't forget to add an description. Obviously, if you don't have the URL, your comment is useless. Also, failing to add a reason for blowing the flash will result in comment deletion. We have little time to catch it, so have the reason handy and ready.

My good friend CelestOrion was very kind enough to hold a branch of this post in his user page when I was gone in August 2009. So if this post for some reason is disabled, go to Celest's version of Part 2 here and continue leaving links to abusive reviews. His version of my Part 2 is also an official part of the Newgrounds Guide. The guide navigation in this post will link to his Part 2, although the guide navigation on Parts 1 & 3 for now will not link to it.
Same guidelines of commenting. He has a gold whistle, so he should be a good replacement of me. However, don't count on him being on as much as I am though.
If you're also interested, you can see the older versions of my Part 3 and Part 7 in his user page here (Part 3) and here (Part 7) respectively. Those were the shit versions, and the info is outdated so don't take in any of that info. Rather, laugh at how crappy the guide was back then. Remember, this was WAY before the Giant Newgrounds Guide Redesign (where I tore down the old NG guide and made this new one), so don't be surprised if you see a lot of unprofessional material and such.
The commenting/posting rules on Celest's page is probably different from the rules on my page, so use common sense when on his page!

Note that some of them moderate more than one section of the site. The information in parenthesis next to their name shows you the other sections of the site they moderate. If there is no parenthesis, then that means that those mods only moderate reviews. Also note that if there is the word "demodded" in parenthesis next to the name, then that means that that mod has been demodded and is no longer a mod. The demodded user CAN still answer any review/flagging questions you have so their names and PM links have still been left here. It's best if you contact a mod that does NOT moderate any other section of the site so that you can get a quick answer from him/her.

EDIT: This post is now dead. Yes sad indeed. One of the earliest parts of the guide has died before the guide was even completed. To THINK that THIS post is the first part the "Reviewing Submissions" topic... how sad...
So this post can no longer be used, and the guide topic "Reviewing Submissions" will begin at the 2nd part. The first part is no more.
Two great friends of mine, Chillbro and TurtleKirby101 made a flag for Part 2's death. Here is the one by TurtleKirby101 (here's another one) and one by Chillbro.
In memory of this post, the people that had a good time here, the people that leveled up their whistles, the amount of damage it did to abusive reviews, the amount of new people I met, and such, this post will not be deleted. The deletion of the post will also mess up the numerical order for the rest of the guide. Also, there are still abusive reviews in some of the links posted here, so if you're dying for whistle points, take a spin here and see what you can garner.
RIP Part 2, and farewell. You had a good life, and you gave a good hand to Newgrounds to help remove abuse.
