I just broke one of NG's posting limits.
Check the previous two news posts. Notice how they have the same time stamped on them. HOWEVER, according to NG, you cannot make more than 1 news post per 5 minutes.
BUT I made 2 news posts within 1 minute...

maybe since they are 1 mintue apart so fast maybe the site couldn't process the messgae to stop you in time.
